Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your rental booking subject to the following terms. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation relative to the rental start date.
Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations made 7+ days before rental: Full refund minus processing fee
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before rental: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before rental: No refund
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or phone. Processing fees are non-refundable.
Item Return
All rental items must be returned in their original condition on the specified return date. Our team will handle pickup and inspection of all items.
Return Requirements
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Items must be available for pickup on scheduled return date
- All items will be inspected upon return
- Items should be reasonably clean and free of damage
Damage and Loss
Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during the rental period. Charges will be assessed based on the extent of damage or replacement cost.
Damage Assessment
- Minor damage: Repair costs will be charged
- Major damage: Replacement cost will be charged
- Loss or theft: Full replacement value will be charged
- Normal wear and tear is expected and not charged
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy. Processing fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Processing fees and any applicable cancellation fees are deducted from the refund amount.
Early Return
If you need to return items earlier than scheduled, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Early returns do not qualify for partial refunds unless otherwise agreed upon.
Extension Requests
Rental period extensions may be available subject to item availability. Additional fees apply for extended rental periods. Contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled return date to request an extension.
